Privacy & Website Terms
1. Who I Am
Thee I Do Crew is a Chicago-based wedding planning business owned and operated by Ameena Challenger (“I”, “me”, or “we”). I plan and manage Wedding Weekends and related events for couples in Chicago and the greater Midwest.
This page explains how this website is intended to be used, how your information is handled, and a few boundaries that keep things clear for both of us.
2. Website & Advice Disclaimer
All information on this website (including blog posts, guides, resources, and example timelines) is for general informational and inspirational purposes only.
Nothing on this site is:
legal advice
financial or tax advice
a guarantee of results, availability, or specific outcomes
Every couple, venue, and vendor team is different. You’re responsible for confirming details, requirements, and decisions with your venue, vendors, and any professional advisors you hire.
Use of this website does not create a client–planner relationship. That only happens once we’ve both signed a service agreement and your retainer has been paid.
3. Services, Pricing & Availability
The services, packages, and pricing listed on this site are a general overview and may change at any time.
Actual services, scope, pricing, and payment schedules are confirmed only through a signed contract and invoice. I reserve the right to decline projects that are not a fit for my capacity, expertise, or brand values.
4. Vendor Referrals & External Links
I sometimes share recommendations for venues, hotels, florists, photographers, and other wedding professionals, and may link to external websites or social media accounts.
These businesses are independent from Thee I Do Crew. I do not own or control their services, policies, pricing, or availability.
Because of that:
I can’t guarantee their performance, responsiveness, or terms.
I’m not responsible for any loss, issues, or disputes that arise from working with them.
Always review their contracts and policies directly and make the decisions that are right for you.
5. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise noted, all content on this site is owned by Thee I Do Crew or used with permission. This includes:
copy and written content
branding, layouts, and design elements
graphics and icons
photos and videos shared by photographers and creative partners
You may view this content for personal use only. You may not copy, download, reproduce, or redistribute any content, images, or designs without prior written permission.
If you’d like to feature my work, please email hello@theeidocrew.com to request permission and crediting details.

When you interact with this site, I may collect:

maintain accurate records of clients and projects
I do not sell your personal information.
I may use trusted third-party tools (such as my CRM, email marketing platform, and analytics tools) to store and process your information. These providers process data on my behalf and are required to handle it securely under their own privacy policies.
8. Cookies & Analytics
This site may use cookies and similar technologies to:

9. How Your Data Is Stored & Protected
I take reasonable steps to keep your information secure, including:
using reputable platforms for my website, CRM, and email marketing
limiting access to client information to business purposes only
